Refund and Returns Policy

At Savla Brothers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:
- You request the return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or assembled
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Products marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@savlab.in within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, email address, items to return, and reason.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return involves a defect or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
Contact returns@savlab.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. Replacements or full refunds are provided at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Additional time may be required depending on your financial institution.
6. Cancellation and Refund Before Shipping
If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
7. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are unavailable. To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order instead.
